THE GAMES MAGAZINE GAMES
This is the complete list of games by Sid Sackson that were published in Games Magazine. In many cases, the boards or playing pieces were designed to be cut out of the magazine and used. A STOCK MARKET GAME, THE GREAT RACES, OIL STRIKE!, AND SPY first appeared in the 6 PACK OF PAPER AND PENCIL GAMES which was published by Gamut of Games in 1974. STRING OF PEARLS has been reissued in Germany as NUMMERUS ZAHLUS. SCORE UP was made into a lovely wooden game called UPTHRUST.
Many of these games are quite wonderful, and others are just quick puzzles.
I've made a big PDF file out of it, so you can either left-click on it to read it, or right-click on it to download it.

Also, here's Number Strategy Solitaire, from the Games Magazine Big Book of Games. Enjoy!
And Minda Zetlin, who wrote a fine article about Sackson for Games magazine in the Feb/Mar 1987 issue, has graciously allowed it to be included here. Hooray, Minda!
